RapVerse Media provides professional creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Short-Form Content Editing
  • Motion Graphics
  • Visual Effects (VFX)
  • Color Grading
  • Sound Design
  • Promotional Videos
  • Social Media Video Content

Service availability may change without prior notice.

2. Project Confirmation

A project begins only after:

  • Project requirements have been discussed.
  • Pricing has been agreed upon.
  • Any required advance payment has been received.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Invoices must be paid by the due date.
  • Delayed payments may delay project delivery.
  • All applicable taxes are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Minor revisions are included as specified in your quotation.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
  • Major changes or new requirements after project approval may be treated as a new project.

5. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery dates are provided based on the agreed project scope.

Delivery may be delayed if:

  • Required assets are received late.
  • Project requirements change.
  • Client approvals are delayed.
  • Circumstances beyond our control occur.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required footage, files, branding assets, and content.
  • Ensure they have the legal right to use all submitted materials.
  • Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Communicate project requirements clearly.

7. Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of all original media provided.

Ownership of the final edited deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RapVerse Media retains ownership of internal templates, editing workflows, presets, and production processes.

8. Portfolio Usage

Unless a written confidentiality agreement exists, RapVerse Media may showcase completed work in its:

  • Portfolio
  • Website
  • Social Media
  • Marketing Materials

If you do not wish your project to be displayed, please notify us before the project begins.

9. Confidentiality

We treat client materials and information as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without permission, except where required by law.

10. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project before completion.

If work has already begun:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • The client will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the creative nature of our services:

  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet started.

12. Limitation of Liability

RapVerse Media shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third-party services or client actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

13. Third-Party Assets

If stock footage, music, fonts, plugins, or other third-party assets are used, their respective license terms apply. Clients are responsible for obtaining any additional licenses required for their intended use.

14. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our website.
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

15. Changes to These Terms

RapVerse Media may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India.
